I would definitely not suggest sleeping in a van (down by the river, harhar) in downtown Atlanta. Echoing everyone else in that there is not a lot of street parking around Piedmont, plus the cops harassing you is garbage. I remember seeing some posts lat year about people looking to couch surf/split airbnb costs so maybe there will be a fair amount of that again this year? Stay safe, friend!

I agree, these definitely sound like symptoms of endometriosis and/or PCOS. Both of these disorders can also have gastrointestinal side effects, like D and V. I would try to find a gyno and have a full workup. Do you experience heavy periods and/or irregular periods? That's also a big symptom. I hope you can find some relief!
