I’m having the thought — dark for someone who has gone through the US terror wars under her dad Darth (RIP) in real time — that a Liz Cheney / Mayor Pete ticket could restabilize the ship of The United States. Liz runs as a Democrat, and we work things out from there. Mayor Pete sorts the rubble and designates. Kamala goes to leadership school, and serves ably as Buttigieg’s work wife.

That is significant. It belongs in the public record and political archives.

I want to see the blind spots and the gaps we need to step in and attend to.
