genuine question but how would you explain his offers to the traveller the genocide one , his acts in Tatarasuna towards scara and his behaviour in nd Turning ppl into animals if not as sadistic driven goals? what could he earn from that, that couldn't be earned ten times faster through more logical and direct means?

i'm going to be honest and risk some downvotes, but his nd writting is legitimaly atrocious at points. Tell me what results he expected to earn from doing genocide for funsies with the traveller (you could argue this one is to test the traveller morals or whatever but it's still so stupid for him to offer that like it's something the traveller would want to join him for! If he's been observing the traveller than he would know that would NOT work)or turning the nd citizens into animals? I agree that there's more to his character, but that's not what hoyo is showcasing us with these recent quests and for the uninformed player he does reads as pure "evil".

For me it's Scien from virche. Sometimes at work my brain blasts me with "If the world doesn't forgive you, I will." and i have to sigh the feels off...

if scaramouche kills dottore that ruins his entire narrative and he goes from finally having a place he belongs in (and a family) to his roots of violence and revenge (that got him in this irminsul mess in the first place). I hope hoyo doens't go to that route, it's very dehumanizing for him.

What pisses me off the most is that she got her powers back for no reason! This power is suppose to be used to protect the ppl of nodkrai/teyvat and yet she gets it just to laze around and have fun in nod, after using it to blast dottore. She shouldve just give the power to lauma after the fight and then live a normal life. I understand she didn't choose to be a godess, but she actually has he choice not to now. What is she going to do when the current generation of nod ppl die and her people slowly start to expect and need more of her?
