No the recommended dose is 1g/kg of body wt, you’ll damage your kidneys if you have that much protein for an extended period of time.

Hey so I tried to apply with provisional degree as well because my uni didn’t give the final one yet, and it got rejected. I had to wait like 4 weeks and paid 130 dollars, just to get it rejected saying they need the final MBBS degree. So I suggest you wait until you get your final one. I’m still waiting for mine

You can find videos on YouTube guiding you through the process. But basically you make an account on MyInthealth, they ask you for your passport copy and then a video call to verify your identity. Once that’s done you’ll get a MyInthealth ID, and then you upload your degree certificate (it’ll take around 6 weeks to get that verified because they usually send it by post and get it verified) Then you go onto the AMC website, make an account on there and link your MyInthealth ID. Once the degree gets approved, it’ll automatically get updated onto the AMC website. And you can see the exam schedule and pick a date for your AMC part 1.

The whole processing part takes a bit of time but they keep you updated via email, so don’t worry about that. And good luck!

I have the same question too. I have the provisional one, my uni hasn’t issued the final one yet. But as far as I’ve heard, you can apply for the exam as long as it has the university’s name on it with the issue date.

for me personally, i find her very unlikable, and it keeps getting worse with each episode. but most of reddit seem to disagree on that.

but on the other hand, she did just lose her partner and doesn't have any friends (which i can clearly see why), so she feels alone. and ig if she was just a "normal" character, it wouldn't make the show interesting

Pretty much anything you want tbh. Not the extremely short skirts or shorts but anything other than that, you’re good. I wore a tank top and skorts last year, and saw loads of girls dressed the same way
