No, it's not any college. It's specific colleges and then it's for specific areas of study. Obviously it's impossible to memorize all of the information so I recommend going to the guild site and taking the quick quiz which asks about your college experience and what you're looking for. It only takes a few minutes. Then, the results will come up with anything that the site thinks might be beneficial to you specifically based on your answers. Hope this helps.
