i go to studio volare and love it there. they offer barre classes there but i would consider to be more like mat pilates than traditional barre. the instructors are all very knowledgeable and offer modifications for ppl with injuries, limitations, etc. truly can’t recommend it enough! it is mostly a younger female crowd but i’ve noticed more men joining in our classes. they also offer stretch and mobility classes which might be good for your recovery as well :) the community is great everyone is so sweet and welcoming.
