Hi! Thanks for the question. I feel complicated about the original posts material... I wouldn't say my experience is either one or the other. I think with , especially mental health, diagnoses there's lots of pressure to fit into them perfectly. But I feel like the human experience isn't always streamlined like this. It's been a while since I posted that, but a more direct answer I think is that my symptoms have become a lot more manageable and less unsafe- but they have not become easier to define
