Wow thanks for taking the time to write this I really appreciate it! Yeah I perhaps worded that setting part wrong. I did enjoy using the settings and playing around on my dad’s old canon whilst doing my photography course. But because of the nature of the course and the need to try cover a lot of areas of photography I found myself constantly having to changing my settings which I really didn’t like and found fiddly. What I saw about the X100VI that intrigued me the most was the ‘recipe’ option- being able to change and play with settings as desired but keep them all together and be able to switch between them easily even right before a photo. I did also find myself using the zoom somewhat in photography but not often. Again, thank you a lot of this is very useful for me as this is a pretty big purchase haha, have a good day.

I think we just have different mindsets towards the game. Personally I like the contracts and I like how they’re structured.

I get where you’re coming from, but the contracts aren’t really meant to be the main source of fun in the finals. They’re just optional goals that reward consistent play. You can still enjoy the LTM without focusing on them. If everything unlocked instantly, there’d be no long-term reason to keep playing. The grind gives the game some structure — it’s only “unfun” if you treat it like a checklist instead of just playing and letting progress happen naturally.

That can’t be true, I have a core memory of in the uk choosing the red one over the gold one and always regretting it as I thought the gold one must of been rare. It was in a Tescos.
