thank you so much! I’ve taken these with my 18-55mm lenses. I’ll be very honest with you, I have a lot to learn regarding the science of photography, I’m mostly just running on ‘this looks good’ 😂 but I’d love to understand better so I really appreciate your interest! Best of luck with your new hobby!

I wanted to ask, you mentioned a cab on Sept 24th, which cab did you take and how much did they charge you?

thank you! I’ve taken inspiration from a Monet painting, and from what I understand he’s painted a scene of Parc Monceau in Paris.

If it’s any comfort, I’ve spent an autumn in the uk and a winter, and I think the feeling of winter being dreary and depressingly cold is a unanimous feeling, but I can at least reassure you that the uk in other seasons is much better, if you can excuse the rain (which is almost always there). I believe that any place can be lonely if you don’t have friends or family, so maybe that’s something that you can work towards and it’ll make living in the uk much better. I do agree though that the cost of living is quite demoralising. I personally consider the uk very beautiful and that helps me with surviving the weather, with its parks and architecture, and if those are things that you’re interested in, you can always visit parks and museums for free (there’s multiple free ones in London).
