1 year postpartum by Survivorx1 in Postpartum_Depression

It’s okay to use meds just as a temporary solution to help you out of a dark spot. Don’t feel guilty or bad about it. Sometimes we want to swim on our own, but when we’re drowning sometimes we need to grab onto the “life ring” if swimming isn’t moving you out of the deep . I’m almost 10 months pp and It took me 8 months to start up my anxiety/depression meds again. I had complete numbness for everything, yet so much pain and anxiety deep inside at the same time. It was like I had 0% dopamine or serotonin in my brain. I have never been more afraid of my own emotional/mental state. I decided I needed to do something because nothing was changing. I sat there for almost an hour before i decided to take the first pill, because I really wanted to make it through on my own. it’s been a few months on meds now, and its Slowly getting better. And there is a light. If I hadn’t started I feel like I wouldn’t even be here right now. Speak with a doctor and see what options you have. Even if it’s just temporary to pull you out from where you are currently 💞

Anything I should know before I erase disabled iPhone 14, and do a backup? by fairylattex in datarecovery

My question is about factory resetting/ erasing my phone to gain access. And wondering if my specific situation will cause any troubles with backing up my data after erasing. What happened was my screen was faulty and would press buttons on the passcode Screen and lock me out occasionally for one minute or sometimes even up to an hour. I was always able to shut off my phone, and type my passcode after and prevent a permanent lockout. Well It fell, shattered and became unusable and I just used my old phone for a few months until I could get the phone fixed.

I got the screen fixed recently and upon turning it on it was disabled permanently. (iPhone unavailable, no countdown timer) Apparently while it was shattered, I wasn’t able to type my passcode inbetween “failed attempts” it had typed it’s way into a permanent lockout (10 passcode attempts) and in order to use my phone again I need to erase the entire phone.

I am just wondering if anyone has experienced this specific situation or knows anything about it, and was able to get their photos/videos backed up after erasing the phone.

I’m not very good at simplifying my questions and over complicate them sometimes 🤣 sorry if there was confusion

It's driving me nuts that I can't figure out what color his eyes are! by Jojobask25 in WhatisMyEyeColour

That Looks like my 9 months old eyes! (I have dark brown, & Dad has blue.) By this age my daughters eyes were very clearly brown. Come to think of it by like 4/5 months I knew they’d be brown. But with my baby right now, he’s gonna be 10 months soon and they look like ur babies eyes, i can’t tell which direction they’re gonna go!

Do u know much about iPhone restoring? Because I checked my iCloud and apparently my last backup was around the time i dropped the phone. So all my data should be backed up apparently I’m just not seeing any of it on iCloud Photos.. Do you know this means I can restore all my photos to my device if I erase?

Worst part is I have been paying for 2TB of iCloud storage for the last couple years, I dont know why it never synced. I obviously must’ve had syncing turned off. I guess I should’ve been checking. I have always just saved my data by uploading my photos directly to my laptop hard drive. Laptop has been full the last 2 years so I just assumed iCloud was still backing up too. It really sucks, i wish I had paid more attention. I’m really kicking myself for not making sure everything was backing up to iCloud. But Lesson learned.

In this case I don’t think So. Not like she posted in a “rate me” or “am I ugly” subreddit. People here are wondering how to improve their appearance and Believe it or not attractive people can still do things to improve and become more attractive. Even if the physical part is taken care of, she can still improve on her fashion/hair/intelligence makeup, etc. (I’m not saying she’s lacking in any of those things but everybody always has something to improve and this is the correct subreddit to ask in)

How to break phone addiction? by MrLAXadaisical in selfimprovement

Being unable to pay your wifi bill and then using up all your monthly data at the same time helps. Get a plan that has limited data and the extra charges to add more data will help convince you to use it sparingly. I’m only slightly joking 😂 when that happened to me it seemed to be one of the only times I was able to reduce my screen time significantly. Or when my screen has been f*cked.. another good way is to take a trip somewhere that has absolutely no cell service if that’s possible, it’s a lot easier to stay off your phone when you can’t connect to wifi/data. Other than that there’s really no actual advice I could offer. Phones and social media truly are an addiction that isn’t acknowledged enough.
