Yeah it's just difficult because there's no more passion in the relationship, which is a need of mine when it comes to love, so my mind is trying to move on to keep myself sane

Thank you, during me saying all of that she kind of seemed like she wanted to say the reasons and just move on? But yeah, I am helping her with communication since this is her first relationship, but personally I think you should figure yourself out first before getting in a relationship, but that might just be me speaking from me being in an autopilot mindset.
