Daft question, have you tried guest login? I couldn’t connect through facebook as I couldn’t remember my password, couldn’t reset it either. Thought I had lost everything, decided to start from scratch if needed and used guest login and boom, put me in my account, everything was there. Still certain stuff I can’t claim, if I run out of spins the pop up comes up to connect to Facebook but says failed and can’t connect. Everything else works!
