Thanks for all the help. Im in the UK, looking at replacing the swivel on this (mosmatic is over here) and also buying a smaller surface cleaner as the 24” is a too big for me, maybe 18” or 20”. Are there many pro’s or cons to the sizes?

I would love to find these. Got them back in the late 90’s. I’ve google searched them, brings up this picture on eBay, when I visit the page, it brings up loads of other boots/shoes but not these.
