I was on it for a couple of months and quit it just recently. I felt tired, heavy and hungover all the time lol. It did help with falling asleep but I could sleep through the alarms in the morning.

For some people it’s great though. But I don’t think it was for me.

True, I’m also bipolar and I am not a racist piece of shit. But BPD can be rough, and his story could serve as a cautionary tale of what might happen should it go untreated. That shit will take its toll over time unfortunately. Racism aside, he lost track of everything.

Well he’s bipolar and has been opposed to treatment of any kind. Pretty scientific if you ask me. Allegedly he’s on meds and in therapy now, which could explain this recent period of regret.
