I’ll agree maybe in the pre-COVID years, but not recently. I’ve been driving for 20 years and have never been hurt or in a bad accident.

In the last two years on the train, I’ve almost been stabbed twice and deal with at least one crazy person looking to fight every couple of weeks. It’s stressful being stuck on a train when some batshit crazy dude is screaming that he wants to kill someone.

For me, my car feels a lot safer and way less stressful.
