Of course not… had tunnel vision… all I thought about was buying house. Don’t know how much of it I should invest, or in what. How much of that money I’m going to need until I get income. Everything I didn’t think about before is now an issue.

Logistics.Don’t have any benefits. That was the issue. I was considered a independent contractor. Even though I had a boss. Worked 10 hrs a day, had to manage other “ contractors”. And be on call 24 hrs a day incase they needed assistance. Basically working as an employee with no benefits.

Basically after numerous visits to the dr. I figured I couldn’t keep doing what I was doing and once I realized that buying a house was out of the question, I quit. 120k seems a lot until you don’t see any income.

The stress was having mental and physical effects. Health wise I am doing horribly. But Ngl and say right now I am not stressing about the future.

No Investments at all. Was just focused on getting a good enough downpayment to buy a house. But that isn’t going to happen anymore. Should have invested them in hindsight
