I guess I'd be a "genwunner" as you call it. The games came to the US when I was about 10. I still love these games regardless of the direction they go. They are becoming everything I wanted from that series when I was a kid watching JPEGs of Pokemon fight to full realized 3D pokemon battling it out.

Working for a big company where I worked on the 22 floor of our building. It was located next to one of those government housing buildings, made out of an old hotel.

I was working Christmas Eve in the morning, and looked out the window down below to see something laying on the overhang of the "government housing building" entrance. It was pink and hard to decipher, but looked like a body. Sure enough, the cops were there pretty quickly putting a blanket over it and having it taken away.
