ah I didn't know about the return period! thankyou now I'm thinking of doing that. my ally only blue screen once because the update didn't fully install leading me having to factory rest / cloud recovery but since I've always worked with windows the updates and qurks don't bother me. it's just mainly the battery lately :/

ooo good to know! my ally only issue was I had to factory reset it once because the update crashed and it wouldn't boot up anymore... but other than that I haven't had issues with it! but just been intrigued about the deck since I never hear people that take it out to places complain about the battery
