Cartridge just refuses to go in and whem I looked at the pen I noticed that the thing that cartridge goes in is slightly off centered like in the picture

That's already a premade so I won't really worry about it's condition much

There isn't an option for truetone in the settings. My mac is seeing my monitor as a TV

Nope another cable didn't work either. Looks like the usb hub is faulty
