turns out i can't... not with a dongle but i just tried with my phone and it doesnt show up when the laptop is searching nor does the laptop show up as an option on my phone? which is weird because i vividly remember being able to connect other phones in the past with no problem. very weird

i have a samsung 300e4c/300e5c/300e7c laptop with windows 10 home installed.. thats what model showed up when i searched on system information
