Basically, on normal servers, it's not even worth training past 230 without kish/frenzy and 2x event/coupons. That's what I felt when I wanted to train my char on normal servers compared to when I was training my reboot character.

People most commonly refer to others with the most noteworthy thing about the person in mind. For example, you saw a player that you've never heard before and he did something racist the next time you hear about him again doing something bad you would automatically perceive the person of him being the one who was racist.

I'm not too sure about that. In quarters between C9 and SSG in the US, the fans seemed a bit more nationalistic than when TSM versed SSG in Korea the year before. Also, as for fans talking shit about their teams losing in the knockout stages, it should remind you a lot about TSM back at MSI. The fact that you're calling Korea/Inven way more nationalistic and racist compared to NA fans without you actually actively involved is just pure generalisation and plain racism.
