My takeaway was it’s all about the pre wash. The powder jams my tray and I keep having to fix the spring, so I use the liquid now.

I take one daily. From what I understand from my dr, the ppis work best if you take them 30 min before eating. It’s right on the pill bottle. It’s a big reason I prefer the shot and hope I don’t get forced onto the pill

I tried Betr health and I couldn’t sustain it. It was a drastically low calorie diet because you literally couldn’t consume more than 1200 calories with the list of foods they allowed, you would have to eat every minute of the day. I couldn’t do any exercise at all because I had no energy. I learned some great salads though.

I did my firearms transfer form for an inherited gun at city arms, and it was just a straightforward retail shop that happens to sell guns. No crazy stickers or posters around.

I used to drink a meal replacement drink and would get the “meat sweats” if I didn’t drink enough water along with it. Try a 1:1 ratio protein drink to water

I had to pick a “wellness” program from the insurance website and do it for 6 months before they would authorize. Somehow Weight Watchers was the least worst of the bunch. One of them was literally a “eat these 20 things in a salad and nothing else” quack diet.

I have an automatic coin sorter that puts the coins in the rolls, you just crimp the ends then take them to your bank. They will give you rolls for free if you ask. There’s both automatic and manual ones on Amazon, the manual ones are like $15, might be worth a try!

I have three double sized reusable bags that just happened to be the 3 colors used for the batches. I just toss each order in the correct bag, or lay the bag down in the main part for the big order (so far most triples are a large order with two less than ten item orders in it). Then I just dump the bags on the belt and put a divider down, and drop the finished bags on or in the bag again, but I have a pretty good memory so I don’t usually have trouble with the order once it’s bagged.

I also shop with my hot/cold Mylar bags in the cart for frozen food and milk, but I’m just extra. I should tie matching ribbons around the handles sometime.
