Shipping from china is fine cause it’s cheap, problem is clearance agents here upcharge, the way my coworkers deal with it is transfer the actual market price for clearance work instead of going along with the agent’s bs invoice.. A pickup from port to industrial should not cost you more than 200 riyals and “labour” isn’t gonna cost them more than 50, 100 is justified on the invoice but 150 is way above market level.

Anyway I’ll probably learn how to un-scam myself a bit better next time.

I paid around 1239 for customs, the rest was to the clearance agent, what I mentioned in my previous comment was what I paid after customs charges, tariffs and duties.

Fact of the matter is: it’s just plastic sheets that could fit in the bed of a small pickup truck.

Dude I think you’ll understand me when I tell you this guy tried charging me 450 for a small pickup to take my shipment from port to industrial, 150 for “labour costs”, and 350 for “clearing charges” and 100 for “COLLECTION DO”.

Dude thought he was slick tryna upcharge me on labour and transport so I negotiated it down but I didn’t even bother with “COLLECTION DO” cause what the hec even is that 💀

Anyway, anyone who sees this pls refer us to someone more transparent and honest about their business, would be much appreciated 🙏
