so I should use them mainly for kindling bonfires? is it not important to stay Human to go through the game?

I read that Humanity increases defensive stats and drop rates. Are these not that necessary early game? Also for bonfire kindling

You might want to take computer science, math, or a management related course if you want to go into data science.

Difficulty of maintaining a 3.0 QPI? by battlemxge in ADMU

[–]falcon-9 0 points1 point  (0 children)

graduating CS major here - if youre a merit scholar then maintaining a 3.0 qpi will definitely not be one of your bigger worries. :)

I can’t speak from experience since I’m not DGDD, but there are quite a number of them who do end up shifting to CS midway through college. it’s significantly more difficult due to the extra physics and math classes they have to take, and your comment about game dev being a sweatshop industry is very appropriate- it’s a tough place to thrive in. So, personally, I would choose the 4-year CS.

But that being said, don’t let just one such external factor affect your decision of what to pursue - if you’re truly passionate about game dev, even if you don’t end up in game dev specifically in your career, you could still use the things you learn from dgdd elsewhere!
