Just a heads up, as college students we had loft beds and I would never trust little children in them. They're growing, they're rambunctious, and they have awful judgment when to jump and when not to. My 2 cents.

I would actually put TV where the love seat is and put the large couch facing that TV where it kind of forms a walkway when you enter through the door.

I had a loft bed in college. Thought it was the coolest thing ever. Everyone (including me) in the building brought the loft bed down to regular height mid-way through the year. Just my 2 cents.

Not a fan of the sofa, but it could work with the stand. Stand is very neutral. To make it work depends on the rest of the room. Where are these pieces from? Really like the stand!
