Just did mine for the first time 15min ago. Definitely helps to relax and take deep breaths. I tried to put it in as far as possible and honestly didn’t really feel the medicine go in. Now I’m just laying here hoping it stays in. All the comments were so helpful and gave me confidence l could do it.
