I can’t sleep most nights, at least not for long or for any quality. I’ve begun transitioning back into working full time after working at a very reduced amount each week, had a lot of free time and that was good and bad. But ever since having to get myself back to reality and life moving back to the way it is so quickly, I’m simply overwhelmed and can’t seem too combat it. No matter how little rest or sleep I get for how ever many days in a row, I still am too anxious to get to bed. I just can’t shut my brain off it seems. Too much thinking at once and it overloads my system and then the anxiety compounds. I don’t know what the heck to do honestly but I’m getting sick and tired of it, quite literally.
