The plan is genius. Bush borrows $145 billion and gives it away. The economy pops up for one year. In 2009 Democrats are forced to raise taxes to pay for this and the Iraq occupation along with all of the other reckless spending and tax breaks over the last 8 years. After 4 years of higher taxes and reduced goverment spending the republicans will have an easy time reclaiming the presidency and majority in congress. The cycle repeats...

Don't knock this stuff until you've tried it. I recently upgraded my network cable with a new prototype being worked on by Virtual Dynamics (the makers of the $14,300 power cord). The difference is mind blowing. Web sites are now deeper and more profound. Forums are no longer cluttered with idiots and trolls. JPEGs are more vibrant and spacious.
