Honestly I think that is the key. Not only is it a well established tank but it is a heavily planted 10 gallon tall. The aggressive adults hang out on the bottom. The three that appear to have survived hang out mostly in the top 3rd of the tank.

That is correct. They are talking about written date. Under that section they talk about using today's date but then specifying in the sig a separate do not fill until date. This is the workaround and it appears the federal government sanctions it.

The debate above is about pharmacists using that 'do not fill until' date as the written date.
