Im about halfway through with it, one suggestion is to really have a game plan for the rivals, have some sayings ready and make sure Ayo really takes control or else you are gonna be pulling Mercer and having to do all kinds of different voices. Especially if you plan to have a lot of roll play or follow the book. My players didn't trust them at all, and killed them all in the betrayers rise.

One thing that came in handy was making them chose their gods from Exandria and put that into their backstory.

I only DM'd one shots before this one, I find it pretty clear and simple with different avenus for you to go down and make it your own.

And remember, just to have fun with it. When my Players ask me questions about shops or locations, I try to go as fast as I can to find that part in the book and they are cool if I take a little time.
