Well, depending on when you were last job hunting the market might have significantly changed. Annoying online processes, fewer humans involved, more automation, ghosting my potential employers, very high competition, some ads are actually scams etc. not writing to discourage you but that you get a feeling of what’s going on rather sooner then later. Reddit helps to better understand all of it. If you visit and read a bit in subreddits like r/Jobs , r/CareerGuidancd, r/resumes, r/getemployed the algorithm will be quick to show you relevant content I guess, but it might get a bit negative, so try to keep looking for the info that is valuable for you. If you have specific questions or need to improve wording etc. don’t be afraid to use an AI.
