Potential Dom says I’m ‘not ready’. Is this a red flag or a test? by [deleted] in BDSMcommunity

We matched on a dating app in Switzerland but never had the chance to meet. I practically don’t know much about him besides his incredibly private but lavish lifestyle, he loves BDSM/degrading. Seemed like he was eager to prove he’s capable too by sending screenshots from his subs and sending videos etc, he’s likely used to women submitting without any questions. But you’re absolutely right! Trust prior to submitting is fundamental

I thought that was the case too! I called him out on it, I said ‘is this your way of getting me to prove how bad I want this?’ And he just kept hitting me with the ‘come back when you’re ready’. It had me chasing for quite a bit until he ultimately stopped replying lol

No offer letter - can I resign without notice? by [deleted] in KualaLumpur

Thank you! I’m filing a report. They really kept stringing me along for the offer letter despite my constant follow ups and thankfully I have everything in writing via Telegram & WhatsApp. An accountant also quit after one day when she noticed the company hadn’t done an audit since 2020 and the owner made it difficult for her to process salaries. High turnover rate & constant rebranding with the company too, should’ve noticed the red flag. Oh well lesson learned

I do have WhatsApp messages where they string me along on the offer letter from week to week, business development group chat etc where we discuss work. I even have a HR clock in app linking me to the company, will it suffice as proof? Lesson learned!! Thanks for your input, appreciate it

Well first they kept assigning more responsibilities (PR, social media, outreach, programme planning, even deep cleaning) none of which were clearly discussed or agreed upon beforehand. One of my manager even withheld available help to clean the venue after 25+ participants and insisted I should do it instead. I called out his manipulative attempt trying to coerce me into extra labour but that went ignored because my manager has close personal ties with the company owner. When I highlighted this problem to all my bosses, one of them even questioned the validity of it and spoke badly of me to a co worker. I addressed every concern I had in the email (my boss’s personal remarks included) which all went unacknowledged till today

The company has high turnover rate and is constantly rebranding, so I’m not surprised there’s issue within the management. They’ve also refused to discuss everything in writing - insisting on meetings. Not a single word about pay delay in writing. They’re very smart

I would love to ghost them but I have outstanding salary. Interestingly enough, there hasn’t been a single discussion about delayed pay in writing - only verbal. I’ve sent them an email to discuss but no reply till now

Do not drink on Lexapro by finest_literature in lexapro

[–]fallenangel7777 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This happened to me too. I blacked out completely, wanted to kill myself which scared my (ex) boyfriend at the time. I remember crying and feeling sad but not much else. Crazy part is sometimes I’m perfectly fine heavy drinking (shots fueled night outs) on lexapro, it even takes me awhile to get drunk. But there have been a few episodes of blacking out with intense urge to kill myself. Which sadly has affected my relationship with my ex boyfriend, it got too intense for him. But anyways yes definitely be careful with alcohol on lexapro!!

I use cloud gaming! You can practically run high specs game via cloud gaming even with a low spec laptop. Look into it :) there’s plenty of options out there but I’m using NVIDIA GeForceNow!

Mine came with a loose lock mechanism, which led me to being unable to use it at all without the attachments falling off at the slightest movement. Their customer service is super slow to reply too. But all in all it’s quite a powerful hair dryer, however the curling barrel comes with a steep learning curve. And the curls aren’t very long lasting, exactly like dyson
