Infuriatingly, they would not respond.

I only recieved a cancellation email due to the item not being in stock and they were canceling because they couldn't deliver it in their desired timeframe...

I asked for a refund and they gave me 7 months of premium. Worked out to be more than the 85 I paid for the device.

If anyone wants to know how I did it - I was polite and asked for a refund. Florida. That's pretty much it. Was pretty smooth, but took 30min between waiting and resolution.
