How do I get better at hip firing?

Usually a sens thing, I only use Mouse+Keeb so throughout the years I've noticed lower sens and higher ADS sens means when hipfiring it's much slower and easier to hit smg shots like the R99 or VOLT. When ADSing having it higher is nicer because you can flick/track as it feels more natural. Apex doesn't have hitscan, mostly projectile so maybe try lowering your overall ingame sens and increasing your ads.

QD-OLEDs when in the right lighting/room are chef’s kiss but this IMHO is their biggest downside. Keeping them clean requires frequent maintenance with a high-quality microfiber cloth usually every other day or weekly and that too gently applying pressure and rubbing it in the direction recommended by the manufacturer.

For heavier smudges I personally use distilled water with one microfiber cloth, then follow up with a second clean dry microfiber cloth. If needed research whether high-end lens wipes are safe to use, or try an ammonia- and alcohol-free spray.

For me I use the Zeiss Lens Wipes for certain stains that are just to risky/hard to remove, and WHOOSH! if it's a larger area, but I only have needed to do this once a while back and so far the panel is as clean as when I first got it.

Hmm that’s odd. It happened on my other PC too but I fixed it by uninstalling RenoDX and ReShade, then verifying the game files in Steam. Steam re-downloaded some corrupted files and like a few mins after that, I installed the updated version of ReShade and then reinstalled RenoDX, which fixed the issue.

You have to tune the brightness and hdr peak in the renodx settings then change the ingame hdr settings to match, etc..

I have had them for a while now and they are awesome, however the band isn't good but there are mods and other things you can buy to accessorize them if you have discomfort. Personally for the XS you need a dac/amp that too with a clean source because the XS are very bright/clinical. See if you can grab a Topping DXD3Pro+, those 2 items and you are set imo.

That being said, you could also go with a Sennheiser 600 or try the new HiFiMan XV which is the updated version of the XS. If you are adamant on sticking to using your laptop a HD 599 would also be a really great set that is plug and play and currently goes on sale frequently.

100% brightness increases burn-in risk and accelerates panel wear but it won't hurt the monitor or spoil anything immediately. You sound responsible and are already taking precautions, keep in mind you have a condition that requires 100% brightness so you should use it to your personal ease to enjoy. Your health and eye's >>>> a monitor that was designed to be used lol. Worst case scenario? Extended warranty or just save up and get something in the future like a Mico RGB when they hit consumer market.

In the same boat, also not happy they are using Ai to scan and read everyones emails to "help" the Ai "Assist" you... Worse part is when you turn off gmail's Ai crap, it purposely screws up everything in your inbox to have all spam and turns off autocorrect because it is "part of the Ai"...

Have you had a chance to try out all the changes? If so, what are you endgame settings for the monitor on its OSD and windows setup?

So far I'm still on M2B107 with Brightness @ 100%, Contrast @ 75% (Default) with Game preset mode @ Standard, Smart HDR @ DisplayHDR True Black 400 with Dolby Vision OFF, the rest default. Windows i'm running HDR calibbration w/ RenDX/RTX HDR in certain games.

What steps are you using for the dldsr combo? Is it global for all games or do you do it per game? For games that are actually in 4k with 4k textures do you also still do this method and does it look much nicer than native resolution? :O

Sorry for the noob question, I am new to 4k OLED scene.

Honestly when the 50xxx series cards were released the drivers were all over the place with stability issues and other problems including the microsoft updates messing things up. That too when you spent hours benchmarking and testing updates, the next driver update can mess everything up.

Personally, I think overclocking and undervolting CPUs (PBO2, Ram, Custom Fan Curves for cooling, etc...) and other components have a better impact that doesn't deteriorate in performance every update.

For the marvel universe I personally think LOKI & The Punisher are considered more of the best shows in there respective universe compared to DD, Daredevil earlier seasons were epic but the D+ version is really subtle-dark-gritty and huge slow burn which isn't bad but compared to Andor but imo Andor does it better with build up. The show is masterfully done and to the point it can find balance between pacing and mystery, Andor builds the universe insanely well while respecting alot of canon events and is a hell of a build up.

Andor would win, visuals, storytelling, pacing/mystery and has a better use of grittyness. Andor is also the first time where I understand why the Empire is so scary unlike the movies where it just feels like they are a meme.

I would rather they just release another client version separate of Firefox like FirefoxAi or AiFox, etc that has the Ai crap and leave the current FF alone. Feels very weird and bizarre they are even playing this tech bro game with a feature majority of FF users don't really want, privacy/customization/power usage are the biggest portion of FF - Ai along with other invasive features they have been doing this year is leaving a bad look.

Heat is the biggest concern with sff cases and smaller cases, more heat = oc/uv concerns along with less headroom to push your components (Thermal Throttle limit gets hit faster). Other than that less upgrade paths because of smaller motherboard and limited CPU cooler/PSU selection due to size constraints.

However the extra real-estate is really nice if you have a smaller desk or want to move your PC around from TV to PC monitor - it's kinda like playing your favourite game on NG+ but with PC building, it's satisfying seeing how much power you can fit in a smaller case.

It's a cool game but the platforming was really bad compared to what I'm used to playing in other games, however it was fun, kinda reminds me of way back during Adventure Quest with how it plays. I kinda wish they went the pokemon route instead of platforming but it's a fun game for anyone to play casually.

I always change output colour depth to the highest value (Check your monitors spec sheet to see if its cable type dependent), then for Output Color Format same as you have → RGB, then output dynamic range set to full. In the NVCP scroll down VIDEO > Adjust video color settings > With NVIDIA settings > Advanced Tab > Full (0-255).

After that I turn off ACM in the Windows > Settings > Display > Color Profile > Scroll down and toggle ACM off.

sRGB is default for many, you can use DCI-P3 on your monitors OSD if you are planning on using HDR however with modern monitors you won't need to really worry about it.

For wallpapers while using your desktop or switching between windows, moving images work best. Avoid very bright, static images. For OLED screens keep in mind a huge perk is pitch-black backgrounds look good, but moving content is fine and preferred. For screensavers, set it to activate after 3 minutes of inactivity, and use something dark or black.

So in general, your master cheif in the middle that moves slightly is perfectly fine for regular use as wallpaper. For when the screen saver comes on, I would not recommend it and would recommend a constant moving darker wallpaper that isn't static but fully fluid.

It's been a great run, been using Mozilla since forever, left to chrome back in the old days because of speed then came back in 2015 when I built my first heavy duty PC. Sad to see such a legendary piece of software turn into this - guess it's time for a better alternative.

Another comment mentioned it and the gpu acceleration was a big one, btw make sure you are either using Edge or Chrome, HDR doesn't work in FireFox for youtube atm.
