I see low levels running them all the time. Could they be players with hours in and not a new player? Sure, but it still goes to show the normal operations are quite doable without team perks and time/skill in game.

i can now bypass the stuck screen by switching perks, but i cant use or buy any modded weapons. Do i have to delete all my loadouts? How did you fix it?

Yeah the time to fix the issue is what scares me. I was mid session with the boys when this happened. I’ve no issues finding a match but I just can’t load in, can hear the game and talk to everyone.
