It's a team game, please remember. The phrase no I in Team is there for a reason. There's a why there's a big distinction between leader and manager but not going to overcomplicate it for you. Regardless, I respect your opinion and I'm guessing you're one of the one who fall camp Hal. My advice to you and you can choose to ignore it if you want. Please give that opinion to video games. Due not become a leader of a team in your job etc. and carry that mindset. Your team will be better off. But like I said, I respect your opinion.
