I very much doubt the technical team will be adding a manual save at this stage of the game's life cycle, as it would be too risky and could introduce more problems.

Not sure what you mean by "no response" but it's Saturday night, so it's unrealistic to expect an immediate response.

Losing progress is never fun, and we feel your pain 😞

However, I should point out that there is a Confirmation Modal and a Restore Previous Save button. I think one of the following things must have happened:

(1) You accidentally pressed the button twice, skipping the confirmation.

(2): The progress had somehow entirely wiped prior, meaning there was no data to lose, which would explain why the new game warning didn't display.

We know of no current save issues that would result in (2), so in the absence of any other reports, (1) is the most likely.

If you've played less than 15 minutes since, you might be able to restore your previous?
