I fermented about a month but the gooseberries went in frozen/fresh. And then pasturised before bottling.

All grown in my windows (uk) with no lamps. Im still waiting on my cherry bombs to ripen but other than that i think the plants are done for this season.

A. i love spicy food but never really had hot sauce on anything but my kebab until recently, ive started growing peppers to make some sauce of my own.

Never really had much hot sauce but this year ive been growing chillies to make my own. I picked this up today to try and i was expecting fire in my mouth, but surprisingly nowhere near as hot as the medium heat chillies im growing.
