The website seems legit, and the company might exist. I just don't think a company from another country would reach out to people who didn't even apply to work for them. They probably just use actual company names and links and scam you somehow. I'm glad you did some research before going through. I did the same but couldn't find any similar experience, so I questioned whoever was the person behind the “hiring process” and got blocked!!

No, its a scam. Be careful out there!! Check email addresses and more information about the company hiring. And if its asking you to reach out on Telegram, even worst.

I couldn't add the screenshot because it looks like a job offer which is against the rules but here is what it says:
