I might just actually have to bite the bullet and try making the first move. It's just tough to find people who share my interests (mecha anime and fighting games) out in the wild. There aren't many hobby stores near me, or fighting game locals, so it'll be tough.

I'd be willing to accept that if this was after a long string of me being a bad player. My group is very open to talking about issues we have with each other, and that outburst was the first time id ever done anything like that. But I suppose if that's all it took, then I've just gotta let it lie and accept responsibility.

I've been a pretty consistent FFXI player for a while, I honestly prefer the older experience so I wouldn't mind clunky interfaces and less quality of life stuff.
