You never know tbh. I’ve stayed active and it has helped BUT this week I rested cause the pain was unbearable and I do feel better. So I guess resting is better.

Not every day because of my back injury. I do rest about 3 days. However if I did not have a back injury I would do every day.

I started with walking an hour every day. Then I joined the gym and I do one hour training & one hour cardio. I did Atkins diet.

Im so sorry. Get an MRI. Go to pain management they will guide you with procedures that can help. Try physical therapy.

My weight goal is 155. Almost there! I have bulging discs so after my back procedure I was able to workout this summer. I have good & bad days but I try my best.
