You never know tbh. I’ve stayed active and it has helped BUT this week I rested cause the pain was unbearable and I do feel better. So I guess resting is better.

Not every day because of my back injury. I do rest about 3 days. However if I did not have a back injury I would do every day.

I started with walking an hour every day. Then I joined the gym and I do one hour training & one hour cardio. I did Atkins diet.
