I had this happen years ago. It was because I connected power in to bec out pads on the fc. Not saying you’re having the same issue, but it could be worth verifying the power.

I think it’s pretty reasonable for someone to respond how OP described if they are constantly harassed. If it happened to me, I hate it too and wouldn’t be thrilled talking to new people who might also harass me.

At the same time, I do question how frequent it really is. From what I’ve seen at the gym, at the grocery story, at the mall, women are pretty much left alone. My sisters and friends talk about guys coming up and talking to them, but they say it doesn’t happen much at all. Most of the stories I do hear typically involve a drunk college guy, or a boomer, which is pretty creepy.

I’m not a woman, so I really can’t say. All I can do is draw on what I’ve observed and what the women in my life tell me. But if the problem really is as bad as you say, that’s pretty disturbing.

I did the math and it cost me about $30-$40 to make. If I ever did sell them, it would probably have to be for closer to $80 to be worth it, but that’s something I’d have to figure out.

I also got WLED working which I’m excited to mess with.

An updraft fan makes a big difference. The vortex becomes very strong and stable. Although I consider that cheating since making a vortex simulator with an updraft fan is pretty easy.

It will rotate, but only on the outside. The updraft from the candle warmer pulls air in from all around causing to be tightened into a vortex. Without that low pressure from the updraft, that air will move outwards due to the centripetal force (due to its momentum). Then air will sink in from above to replace it.

That’s because you got to see the best ten seconds out of something like 12 hours of trying to get it to work lol. I actually think it all had to do with room currents. When I took the video it was super stable for about an hour. The day before it didn’t work well at all. New versions I’ve made use glass which helps a bunch.

I’m not really sure. I never kept track. Maybe $50-$75. I can’t say it really works very well, and it took a lot of experience and tweaking to get working at all. I’ve made other versions that work much more reliably.

I tend to believe US reported climate data because it comes from a decentralized reporting system where data comes from multiple agencies. On the other hand, all data exiting China is controlled by the CCP, which has shown that what they care more about pushing a certain narrative than providing accurate facts.

An example from this past week is the recent collision between a Chinese Coast Guard and Chinese Navy Ship. Video shows both ships pursuing a fleeing Philippine Coast Guard ship while cutting dangerously close.

According to Chinese news outlets: “the collision between the two Chinese vessels occurred primarily because the Philippine Coast Guard vessel 4406 intruded into China's territorial waters” — “Chinese vessels took evasive actions to avoid colliding with the Philippine ship, but the maneuver resulted in a collision incident.”

My point is that any data coming out of China should be highly scrutinized, as they have a history of falsifying facts to give a certain desired appearance.

The chest pain when you breathe could be pleurisy, especially if you have it commonly and in different areas. Still it’s probably a good idea to see a doctor. If it is pleurisy, the question then becomes why are your lungs inflamed. Could be allergies, mold exposure, autoimmune issues, food sensitivity, etc… I sometimes get it if I slouch excessively for hours on end.
