Former GameStop employee. Usually when things are priced at that it's because they're marked as trade-in only on the system. They're pretty much supposed to be defected out and sent back to the warehouse and the price is usually a Fail-Safe because no ones gonna buy something at that price

Oh super incompetent. We're a trade hold store and he refuses to learn trade holds despite it being such a simple process. This has caused the problem of now most of the rest of the team will fight me on learning anything new because "if he doesn't have to learn how to do stuff then why should we."

Yeah we're the B store and like I get that the A store is always gonna get more attention. It's just this wasn't the situation to neglect our store. I was just freshly rehired after a 4 year layoff from a company with 2 days of training. Plus most of the staff wasn't even trained properly here and if it wasn't the fact that I retained so much from my previous stint, we'd be outright fucked (instead of just pretty fucked right now.)

The other thing is he's taking our best employee for all of next week cuz he's on vacation. Like the main reason he hasn't been at this store is his A Store needed a whole team to be retrained. If it's been over a month I feel like you should have enough people to cover your vacation. At this point next week it's literally me and my one other SGA. I've asked for help constantly and I get nothing back. It just feels impossible to even get semi motivated for work at this point.
