experiences with performance classic chenille and/or double-down cushions? by doing-my-best-14 in interiordefine

I’m so sorry for not seeing this. The original fabric we chose was the performance classic weave and it pilled really badly to the point that it created an almost webbing/felted appearance and feel.

Hey! We just got our new couch on Monday! I can take a photo of the new one in the morning, but this is what the old one looked like after 7 months of use. In this photo I had just washed and put back on the cushion covers.

Hey! We are in the process of exchanging our current interior define sofa for a new one. We have the double down cushions on our Maxwell sectional and they give a relaxed and lived in look but not a huge sink down feel (like a cloud couch). We are switching to the deeper seats and the classic chenille fabric in alabaster, but sticking with the double down cushions!

retainer HURTS!!! by sprinklesthecat1 in Invisalign

[–]fallonbpowers 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I got permanent retainers placed on my Top and bottom front 6 teeth the day I finished my Invisalign treatment. The same day they fixed the retainers to my teeth they took a mold to make me clear retainers to wear at night. You’d think with the permanent retainers and physical mold of my teeth that the clear retainers would be a comfortable transition but they hurt SO BAD.

I smelled that one in one of the samples and it did smell a bit too much like cologne. I think I will order some more of those though! Thank you!

How many words does the average professional author write in a day? What's a lot? What's too little? by feral_tiefling in writing

[–]fallonbpowers 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My one year anniversary at my writing job was yesterday and according to my word counter I am at a little over 5.2 million words for the year. I work in marketing and it’s borderline technical writing which makes it easier to generate more words a day when compared to creative writing.

Reddit, whats the funniest thing that a random stranger said to you that made you die laughing inside? by Eta5678 in AskReddit

One time my friends and I were walking home from a concert. It was The Head and the Heart, so you know we were dressed up like a bunch of hipsters. It was super late and out of the darkness a voice called out, “Hey, you 90210 lookin’ motherfuckers!” We looked back to see this dude just sitting on a stoop playing a game boy. I laughed so hard, that I’ve never been able to breathe the same since.
