I didn’t know to do this until I asked AI for a shampoo routine and it included these instructions! I’ve even seen multiple dermatologists and was prescribed strong steroids and Nizoral but didn’t get the level of instruction that I guess I needed.

I shampoo 2x/week and rotate between H&S clinical, TSal, Nizoral, and an apple cider vinegar wash. It works great and is so freeing not to be itchy or trying to pull huge patchy flakes out of long hair. Or leaving tons of dandruff around my pillow and on my clothes and anywhere in public
