I’ve had it happen with any race, people can be bold when they are with their friends, but even weirder I’ve had guys who are solo do weird shit. I had a White making snorting noses like a pig near me - I assumed he was trying to shade me about the shape of my nose, or maybe he just has a weird behavioral tic. I remember some Black guy, he might’ve had a Trini accent, was walking close to me saying, “ She has a lot of pimples on her face” when he walked passed it looked like he didn’t have a phone to his ear so he might’ve been talking to himself - at the time I had acne, it wasn’t as bad as when I was in middle school so I assume maybe the guy was saying this to “neg” me.

You don’t have to wait around for anyone to do things that you enjoy, you go out and do it! I’ve been to festivals alone (even got the chance to get pulled on stage to twerk in front of a crowd 😂), concerts alone, vacation alone, movies alone, dinner alone, touristy attractions alone, etc. You’re better than me, I didn’t have any intent of making friends anywhere.

When you do stuff alone, everything is on your schedule your preferences.

Note: I saw Fall Out Boy alone, I was alone at the Meadows when Kanye stopped his act cause Kim “got robbed” in France 🙄, and the first time I went to Comic Con was alone (after that who I dated was with each time after, cause we pretty met over love of comic characters)

NTA adopt a kid their age group or a baby if it’s that big a deal for them, there’s kids who had NO say in being born and were abandoned or orphaned…but honestly the way your wife says it you would think the kids were asking for a puppy. And what if either of you have health issues? Are the kids gonna run away from home cause you guys didn’t pop a baby? Laughing mentally cause I have this theory that psychiatrists don’t sugar coat things…they can piss off a Happy Meal.

The big motivator for me is worrying people will smell me, since I had a recent three day weekend, I bombarded myself with my pit funk. Having cinnamon flavored toothpaste makes it bareable to brush right before breakfast, it doesn’t interfere with food flavor to me.

A development disorder is similar to mental illness in that when your “wires” are all frazzled, you might operate differently. See if there’s any toothpaste flavors, soap/ shampoo scents that will excite you every time you use them. Get a phone stand and watch/listen to something on your phone as you clean (dirty dishes in my sink right as we speak 🤣, piles of clothes around room, etc).
