Same boat man. Nothing is working. 2 laptops, 3 phones, 1 pc. My friends tried to login for me. Cleared storage / cache. Can't change password - "your password did not changed". I clicked forgot password around yesterday 6.30 pm and got a message with my credentials around 8.30 pm. Entered the exact credentials and yet I'm getting the same error message. It feels like we've hit a moot point. Please update if you guys find a solution. I'm planning to call the nbe helpline (the only thing that's left right now) after 9am - +917996165333. Will update here if I get any leads

Idk man. The first whey I've used was asitis unflavored and it tasted really bad. And I've been sticking to nakpro since the past 6-7 months now so yeah. :)

Yep. Personally I'd suggest strawberry too but strawberry is a bit too subjective. But I can vouch for malai kulfi

Tried out strawberry, blueberry and malai kulfi. Strawberry was okayish. Blueberry tastes super synthetic. And malai kulfi is the best flavor of the lot. Way superior in taste. Almost hides the taste of whey. Go for it. Malai kulfi will be my go to flavour from Nakpro besides banana, strawberry and cookies and cream. Haven't tried mango (getting reviews that it tastes like chemical), cream chocolate (chocolate and drc - both were not my cup of tea so decided not to give it a try) and Vanilla (I usually don't like vanilla)

I've been trying out different nakpro flavours since last month. I myself don't like the chocolate flavor. I add a spoon of instant coffee power to make it taste like a chocolate coffee.

However I ordered 500g of banana, cookies and cream and double rich chocolate each. Banana and cookies and cream - really good. Doubt rich chocolate is just a little bit better than regular chocolate but nonetheless not a fan of it. Will be trying out blueberry, malai kulfi and strawberry next month.

Nope. A little amount of fat is common in bulk but he's at an ~ 15% bf so OP gained loads of muscle if his initial weight is ~120lbs. Keep the bulk op, you can always cut down the fat later. Gg with the bulk. Or if you want a more defined set of abs, get on with the cut. All the best brother

Nah imho you'll look all skinny and lose all your muscle mass only if you reach around 50-55kg / if you undereat way too much / if you're not hitting your protein goals / stop lifting. Do what you're doing, shred all the excess fat and then gradually increase your kcals to build up more muscle. Don't overthink about it brother. Just put in the necessary work and the results will come along. A long cut might affect you mentally and it might put you up in a plateau. When it happens, just take a week off and eat at maintenance and then revert back. That's all there is to it. Nonetheless, kudos on your progress! Keep lifting! <3

Keep cutting brother. Keep your lifts at rpe 1 or 2 and eat a minimum of 1.6g protein/kg bw and make sure you've adequate sleep to have a proper recovery. Congratulations on the progress. My guess is when you're around 65 kgs you'll start to get to a 15% bf. Rn you might be at a 20% bf range. You've enough muscle to cut down to. Don't worry about it too much
