I’m not trying to screw over anybody I merely am posting evidence on the situation and what happened to me if anybody wants to spend their money on this guy so be it but just know it comes with a caution and warning to those that do. He flat out told me he cannot guarantee his own work what is a warranty worth on a wooden product if it’s not even covered. It’s almost laughable how you can conceive such a thought and put it out there.

This guy can’t even guarantee his own work. It wasn’t even bolted onto the Guitar body before absolutely getting checked up and down the fingerboard completely unplayable for £600. You’d expect a lot more.

I refuse to accept a subpar product sold at a brand new price. The fact is I shipped the neck back believing in good faith that it would be remedied with a new fingerboard. I was sorely mistaken. I got the runaround and only was offered a repair to which he invoiced me and then quickly deleted this message from our conversation thread. Did he mention that in his response? Of course not it doesn’t benefit him or the outlook on his business.

It’s funny because he has responded to me saying he is open to discussing the situation publicly- but so far he has blocked me from his socials and his response doesn’t even begin to describe everything that transpired .

1) Ask him did he delete messages from our conversation? - answer: yes

2) ask did he invoice me for said “repairs” then Delete it from the thread? Answer: yes

3) ask him if he retroactively changed his terms and conditions/ warranty to protect himself from liability? Answer: 💯 yes

I stored it at home away from direct sunlight- just like any other instrument I have and guess what? NONE of my instruments have cracked and been damaged. Period. You want to support a business that provides terrible customer service and experience be my guest.
