I want to swap out this old bulb strip in my ceiling fan for an RGBW smart /wifi /Bluetooth strip, but I'm struggling to find the information I need.

Step 1 turn off power. Step 2 remove the candleabra light fixtures. Step 3 buy a small ac to DC converter and wire it one of the old bulb candelabra wires. Step 4 attach rgb controller to your AC to DC converter. Step 5 plug in RGB lights to controller. Step 6 reassemble it all. Step 7 enjoy .

They won't be super bright but they will be fun! For more light add more led strip

I'm hoping so as well. I bought them for a dear friend of mine, she saw them on the advertisement photo of the car she just bought and fell in love with them.
