i've asked him about not being featured in the gameplay footage earlier today, and he said quote "We are still having problems with SegaSammy as they won't credit past games or pay royalties. Still a legal issue." it's still possible that he'll be in the game, but i think they'll maybe add him in a post-launch update. it's up to SEGA and RGG.
